change 2 deeds to 1

I just bought a house on 2 lots, with seperate deeds! I want to combined the 2 lots and have 1 deed, to increase the value of the house.

Your county planning department can explain the local process for applying for a merger of two adjoining parcels, but I would think twice before doing what you propose. Under most circumstances any given property is more valuable as two legal parcels than as one. Very commonly owners of large parcels spend big bucks on consultants, surveyors and lawyers to split parcels. You may have some local situation that calls for different wisdom, but consult with a real-estate advisor (broker, attorney etc.) before merging your two parcels.
