changing ownership of title

I own a mobile home and and I am the legal owner and my grandmother is the registered owner. I want to take my grandmother off of the title. She is on SSI and Social Security. Will taking her off affect that at all?

I can't see any connection between SSI (Supplemental Security Income), Social Security, and title (registered ownership) of a mobile home.
