I just got a check an an itemized statement from escrow tell ing me what they held back for disbursementsit reads like this.....hold verify correct insignia numbers :Tbd 750.00 what does this mean .

Tbd probably means "to be determined." You'll probably receive an additional check for up to $750 after they verify the insignia numbers, whatever they are.
