My son live in Indiana with his mother and her boyfriend who abuse him he is now 15 the divorce was file in California where i still live my son is having serious problem with his mother boyfriend if my son come back to California will he be able to go into court here in California and ask the court to let him live with me and will i need a attorney to be with him
