Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
The chuch next door to my home feeds homeless people only on wendsdays an 1 sunday a month,then close there doors until the following week.the problem is the homeless people don't leave and the church ,code enfoecement and the police don't want to remove them to a real shelter.My family is scared of them and maybe one could be a sex offender. I don't know what eles to do.I live in Garden Grove,California

There but for the grace of God go you. You are suggesting that the church should only minister to those fortunate enough to have homes? What exactly are these people doing? Is someone trespassing on your property or harassing you in some way? If they are, call the police. Or ask them to leave.
One possibility would be to bring a private nuisance lawsuit against the church, but this seems a bit on the aggressive and mean-spirited side. If the police won't help, you might try your luck at addressing your concerns to the city council. Your problem is going to be that churches and friends of the homeless have a lot of political sympathy.
