Has the claim been asserted in a lawsuit or some kind of administrative proceeding? If so, you "clear" yourself by defending and winning. You will need a lawyer if sued. If you are served with a summons and complaint, get legal help at once.

If the claim could be considered defamatory, you might "clear" yourself by suing and winning. This can be difficult. Get a free consultation with an attorney to see if you have a case.

Otherwise, I'm not sure what you mean by "clear" a harrassment claim.
