There are alot of books out there dealing with residential leases. Are there any books, websites or resources dealing with commercial leases in California?

C.E.B. Commerical Leases printed by Continuing Education of the Bar - California is the best source in my opinioin. Our office has done commericial evictions for 26 years and uses this source regularly for litigation and for the preparation of leases. We handle cases all over California.

Check your local law library for sources--they'll be written for lawyers, but most are still fairly simple to use and find what you're looking for. The law library will usually be at the local county courthouse or a law school (most law school libaries are open to the public during certain hours).
