Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

commercial rental lease

I signed a lease and then after

getting the keys to the rental space

discovered numerous things that

aren't operating correctly. The

manager said he would make repairs

and now isn't makeing the repairs to

my satisfaction. Can I use my 3 day

right of recision to recind this

agreement? I just signed it

yesterday and can issue a stop

payment with my bank. Can he sue

me for the lease amount if I stop

payment on my checks?

Re: commercial rental lease

What three-day right of rescission? Is there a right of rescission written into you lease? That would be highly unusual. Other than possibly a right arising from the contract language itself, I do not know what you mean by "my 3 day right of recision." As far as I am aware, no such right exists.
