Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Condo Board Election

3 board seats out of 5 were up for election. 2 incumbents and 3 homeowners running. In the days before the election, a board member resigned who was not running for relection.

So 4 seats are open. Incumbent ''A'' is appointed to the open seat. I don't think he resigned his seat (does it matter if he did?) Incumbent ''A'' received 11 votes in the election, not nearly enought to win reelection. Incumbent ''B'' also did not have enought votes to win election until some proxies that were unsigned and did not have a homeowners name or address were voted. The property manager said those homeowners withdrew their previously voted proxies and voted the unsigned proxies. I lost the election even though I had more votes then either incumbent ''A'' or ''B''. What is my recourse?
