HELLO, do condo new rules adopted by board of directors and property management company supercede the original cc&r's-bylaws? thank you, state of ca.

If I recall correctly, the new rules can not be in conflict with the old rules, since some of the people living in the complex moved in under the old rules and the news rules that are in conflict would not apply. That does not mean some changes do not sneak in. Moreover, the homeowners have to vote on the new rules; I believe it requires a 2/3rds vote approval.
