Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Own a condo water coming in from the out side due to rain a leak someplace the property management was called was told we would here something in a couple of days waited a week called back they said first come first serve as now i have mold in which they no what to do?

"First come, first served" doesn't sound like a very responsible answer. On the other hand, you should take normal action to keep the rain leak in check and the mold (mildew?) under control. Don't be looking for a big score from a claim for toxic mold.
