Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Condominums and Management company
I own a condominium and has a padio designated as common area. The Sprinkler is being leking for almost 6 months I have contacted managment company several times by phone and had written two letter but nothing is being done. What is my next step.

contact the home owners assn by writing to the board , yes each one and telling them what is wrong, what you have done and attach letters sent === then tell them if it is not fixed in 30 days you will have it fixed and withhold that amount from your monthly dues and sue them for any damages to your property from their agent's delay
