Construction in front of my space

Hello,I lease a front store space on a maine street.

The building got sold recently,and the new landlord,want to open a bar in the bassement,and use the space in front my store(windows)to install a patio for his futur clients.

The construction is going to affect my business,and the patio in front of my space is going inconvinient my entrance.

I like to know what can'i do in this case,and if the land lord has the right to do that.

You might be able to prevent your landlord from putting

his tables in front of your store, or, perhaps,

place limitations on the placement of the tables and their hours of operation. The answer depends upon the terms of your lease and

the peculiar facts of your case. You need to consult

with a real estate attorney in your area and show

him or her your lease and permit him or her to
