What is the best way to be co-owner on mobile home? JTRS,TENCOM AND, TENCOM OR,COMPRO, or COMPRORS?

Are you married? That would be necessary for either of the community-property designations, and if so, I'd probably choose COMPRO-RS. Otherwise, tenants in common would be usual, but joint tenancy is OK if you intend the survivor to have the ownership, rather than an heir.
