Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Co-owner with my sister; sister is now shacking up with loser!

My sister and I are co-owners of a house in the Los Angeles area. We are 7 months into a 30 year fixed. My problem is that her out-of-town boyfriend stays at our home for a week at a time a month or longer. I told her that it is not okay with me but she has ignored me. What are my rights to getting this guy out of my house? Don't I have a right to approve guests that overstay their welcome?
