Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Where can I get a copy of the disclosure statement?

I am trying to get a copy of my Seller Discloser Statement that I sign when I sold my house, but my real estate agent that I was working with is not very cooperative. Please let me know where I can go to get a copy of the sign Disclosure Statement.

Thank you!!

Grace

He should have given you a copy when you sold your house. If he is not cooperative, call his employing broker. They are required to have a copy, as well.

Complain to the Department of Real Estate and send her a copy of the complaint.
