Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Cotenants eviction rights

I live with 1 man and 2 women (all equally on the lease). The 2 women's selfishness makes the living situation unlivable.

One of them has a rabbit (forbidden on the lease) and the other one smokes pot the whole time (prohibited on the lease and by the law).

Can we have the landlord evict them for that (calling the police first to evidence the pot and rabbit) ?

Furthermore, they do not want to pay their full share of the rent (1/4 of the total); is this last point going to have all of us evicted (coresponsibility) or just them?

Re: Cotenants eviction rights

If the full amount of the rent is not paid the landlord can and most probably will proceed to evict all residents. Each of the tenants can be held individually liable for any damages to the property.
