My daughter is selling my fathers house and has one more payment coming--when that is paid what does she need to do--she lives in Calif.

From your question, I haven't any idea what's going on here. Is your daughter a real estate agent or broker? Who is the payment coming from -- the buyer of the house? Wht isn't this sale in escrow? Is there a contract covering the sale? What does the contract say? Help!
