Three day notice

If you are give a three day notices or quite paper on Feb. 10 and Feb 13 is the thrid day, but the manager/owner of the house write in a due for the fellow day which Feb. 14, What day is the court going to honor? The thrid day or the hand writen due date?

Howdy:

The controlling date will be the date written on the notice.

The notices we use have a specific date ... "pay by the third day of March", for instance.
