I Own The Deed, That is subject to his mortage

My boyfriend of three years and myself had problems with his usage of drugs & cheating!I owned my home where he was living I kicked him out. about two weeks later he came and confessed undying love and promised no more drugs or cheating, He said lets buy a home (out of the area)

togeatherhe was not comfortable in my home left by my husband passing,if I would commit by selling my home that he would sign over the grant deed,To show me he was committing to me. so we started looking for a new home. I stalledto see if he was sincere, when we went to apply for a loan against buying the home(I was not put on the loan) he (closed out his bank account! all his funds 61,000 to put down on the house,and he insisted on the full amount down. well I was impressed with the amount & signing over the grant deed that was transferred in my name as a GIFT. well drugs etc..was always there,and I now fear I have been

used to hide his assets Ihad to obtain a restraining order due to abuse.for two years He would not work! what could happen if pay off his mortgage? during research on him I found records that showed Taxes,law suits placed against on his abandon business He Lied to me!I gave up my home for this man can I pay off his loan? thank you

I have two questions first:

(1) is he on the deed to the current house?

(2) where is the house located?
