Re: deed of trust
A deed of trust has to do with a loan, not ownership of the property. The grant deed determines property ownership. A quit claim will have no impact on a trust deed.
Re: deed of trust
I do not understand the advantage to being added to a deed of trust, which is merely security for your loan. If you want to deed 1/2 of your property, you can do it on a quit claim deed. That changes the title, not the loan.
Re: deed of trust
No. I would need to know what it is you are trying to accomplish, i.e. why do you want your husband's name on your property?--Do you want him to get the property if you die? Once I know that then I can tell you how to accomplish your goal. Call to set up a free consult
