deed of trust

My spouse is on the deed of trust and and not on the loan what paper do I need to file

Your question doesn't make sense. If your spouse's name is on the deed of trust, then their name is on the loan. A deed of trust simply evidences that a borrower has signed a promissory note which is secured by real property. Also, why do you want to file any paper?
