Demand letter for return of security deposit

My landlord has not returned my security deposit and it's been more than three weeks. I'd like to get a sample demand letter to send him. Thanks.

There is nothing special or technical about this kind of letter. Just say you will take him to court if he doesn�t pay you right away.
