Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

demurrer

What are the disadvantages of requesting dismissal via demurr? I am being sued as a doe in a suit I am not at all involved in, but have been pulled in by petioners attorney, but no reason stated why I am being involved. Should I hit it head on or demurr. My attorney said the disadvantage is that it lets opposing side know my defense and also give them 15 days to amend the case to correct the problem. I dont know what I should do. help.

You have an attorney. You are obviously paying money for your attorney's expertise. I'm not going to second-guess your attorney.
