More Detail: [email protected] I started off with a lease. Owner (military) stoped paying,moved to florida. Said I didn't need to pay. His family is back local (Navy) him over seas. Realiator shows up & tries to give me 30 days. I laughed at her. We went to 90 then settled on 60.(law) Oh, and for sure she would get me 3,000 on move out. Now not so sure. I have been in this residence 7yrs.- 5yrs. no rent. Not on 60 till paperwork starts. There have been 2 investers, 1 other realiator & a man to appraise for the Bank. "Wacovia" I need HELP!!
