Divorce & Property rights issue

I am in the process of a divorce and my husband is trying to keep 2 homes we own and one of the homes is in my brother in laws name - can he legally take it if we were paying for the home all along from down payment to present?

Who is he. If you are getting divorced and hae two homes, you should have your own lawyer. Get one, let him or her research the facts and the law and give you an answer.

Like the others have stated your lawyer should be investigating the status of the rea property and objecting, if necessary, to your husband's actions.
