Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

following divorce that states property was to be listed for short sale, sale is now down to wire and x spouse refuses to sign docs. Any recourse?

In addition to having the judge appoint the clerk to sign for your ex spouse, nothing gets things moving in family law like filing an affidavit of contempt, and having the court issue an Order to Show Cause re: Contempt.
