Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Did a divorce a year ago with a paralegal, and did not transfer my properties from the family trust to my trust. My now x-husband is not competent to sign, so what kind of attorney can I use to have a elisor person to sign for him?

I would recommend finding an experienced family law attorney who practices in or near the county where most of the persons (your ex and you) and the properties are located. Hopefully, most are located in Santa Cruz County. You may need more than just an "elisor" (not the right word, I think; maybe "amanuensis" is better), perhaps a court order.
