The "location" question on LawGuru really should ask "what state's law?" or something to that effect.

I assume you are asking about correcting the description of a parcel of real property in a recorded deed. Most states would require filing a complaint, petition or motion "to correct deed" in a court in the county where the property is situated. You should re-ask this as an Arkansas question.
