Can an easement be revoked if it is stated so in the document?

Yes. Deeds of all kinds, including those granting or reserving an easement, can be made subject to conditions subsequent that would trigger revocation.

A revocable easement is unusual. Calling it an "easement" may be acceptable, but arguably it is not an easement. More accurately, it is probably a license.
