easements

This questions concerns a driveway easement. Does owner of the property on which the driveway is located - the servient owner - have any liability if the owner of the easement or a guest drives negligently on the easement and causes an injury or property damage?

The general rule is that the negligent party is responsible for the damages their conduct caused.
