Effect on an estate

My mother in law, wife and I own property 2gether. She is dieing of cancer. My wife and I cant afford the mortgage and home owners assc. dues on the rental alone. My mother in law wants to know how would a foreclosure effect her estate b4 and after she dies? The rental property is in Florida

You would need to sit down with an attorney and provide lots of information such as your respective incomes, expenses, assets, and the status of the property in Florida.
