Escrow deadline
If escrow did not close on a determined selected due date, such as June 9, 2007 and it is now June 25, 2007 and escrow still has not closed for reason of buyer still trying to qualify for a home loan, can seller cancel the sell of the property without any penalty on the sellers and/or buyers real estate broker?
