Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I'm in escrow on a RENT CONTROLLED duplex, How can I evict all the tenants?

I am currently in escrow on a Duplex that is Rent Controlled. Both units

need repairs and improvements done to them. There is also a mold issue

that needs to be dealt with. I intend to live in one of the units. Both of

the current tenants are on a month to month basis. I would like to evict

both tenants, is this possiable? And how do I do it?

Thanks for taking the time to review my question

Learn precisely the rules and regulations of the rent control area and follow them to the tee, or hire an attorney.

This is something you should have considered BEFORE going into escrow.
