is it possible to vacate a defualt judgment in a eviction were none of the tennets have been properly served. one is disabled /one is elderly/ one is the owner of the house

Yes, it is possible but you need to supply more information as to whether it was in Small Claims or Superior Court, exactly how it was improper, did they know of the hearing date and decided not to show up, etc. Also, how can the owner be evicted?
