How do i evict a person who is 50% on the deed but not on the loan

You can't evict someone who is on the deed. Who is on the loan is irrelevant to ownership. You can't evict a co-owner.

Agreed. Each coowner has a right to possession. You may, however, have the ability to force a sale of the property. Seek counsel for the specifics. Things get more complex if the coowner is or was your spouse.
