Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Can I be evicted even if I have a three year lease

I have a signed three year lease, signed by the owner and two co-owners. The owner has since passed away and the new controller of the will has given me a 30 day notice to vacate.

There are several people named in the will, and the courts have given temporary control to a fourth co-owner(?), can I now be evicted even though I have always paid my rent on time?

No, the new owners must honor the lease.
