Eviction

I am currently living in public housing in ventura ca and have just been evicted because my boyfriend whom does not live with me was arrested in my house.

Your posting states a couple of facts but doesn't ask a question. Are you asking if the management can do this? The answer is maybe. It may depend upon why he was arrested, whether he was convicted, and where the (alleged) criminal activity took place.
