Eviction Notice

I have been summon to court to day, I would like to know since when does the 30 day eviction notice takes place from? the 3 day notice or the court notice? and it says I can response to the summon in court? it must be a response in a legal form? which is? what can I write?

Re: Eviction Notice

You have only 5 days, including Saturday, Sunday or holiday. You must file a written answer by close of court on the 5th day. If you do not file the answer, your default will be taken, and you will be evicted.

After the court issues a judgement a writ of possession will be issued. The sheriff will serve the writl, and you will then have 5 days to vacate the premesis. If you have not vacated the premesis at that time the sheriff will physically remove you from the premesis.
