Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Eviction Proceedings for Adult child

In a previous question on this subject the answer was that a 30 day eviction notice would suffice. How does one obtain such and approximately what costs would be involved? Would also a restraining order be advised if violence or damage to our property might be a cause of concern? How do we get said person to remove his belongings from our property in a timely manner?

Re: Eviction Proceedings for Adult child

A 30 day notice may be purchased at a store which sells business forms or perhaps even on this site under "Find Forms." A restraining order would be the prudent thing if you anticipate violence, i.e, if there has been threats of violence or actions within the last thirty days.
