Eviction of tenants 6 mos. behind in rent
After giving 30,10 & 3 day notices to terminate
tenancy can I do next, they show no signs of moving. All utilities are in my name, can I have them turned off? There are no children.
Can I take a lock smith & sheriff to change locks? they changed them on me.
They owe 4,800.00 in back rent.

The eviction process requires compliance with many laws. A failure to comply with any one of the requiremenst for an eviction will result in your case being dismissed. There are attorneys that specialize in evictions hire one of the them

Do not turn off utilities or change the locks, you can get sued for that. You must go to court and formally evict them.
