Can An Expert Witness be added to timely served Expert Declaration? 2034.280 appears to infer only if to counter an Expert listed by opposing side. The other side has not yet named any Experts. I simply want to add an Expert. We are now 18 days following 50-day Expert exchange. InProPer--Thank you.

If the time has run to name an expert, then you will have to file a motion with the court.
