This question probably should have been asked as a "probate" question, rather than real estate. I don't know the answer, and providing useful guidance toward finding an answer probably depends upon your connection with this ongoing probate administration. Are you an heir? Family member? One of the parties? Also, why and by whom were you just informed as to the case schedule? Perhaps you need to hire an attorney specializing in the area of wills, trusts and estates.
