Facing foreclosing

Hello, what a way to start 2005.... according to my lender i am 3 months behind in payment Nov,Dec,and now Jan 2005 i made a partial payment of $750.00 in Dec ( my payment's are $1527.00 month ) last year i filed chpt 7 and was able to keep the house even thought i was about 2 month behind (their BK people from my lender allow me to make the payments up) anyway i called to make arrangement because a few weeks ago i receive '' intent to foreclse'' letter and that i need to talk to the BK dept. ( the same guy i delt with on the BK he is out for the week) I dont want to lose my house and i know i can make up the pass due amount in 30 days or real soon after. I have a large amount of equity (owe 180k and home valve for 350 to 400k i have bad crdit so i cant refinance till april 2005 prepenilty)do you think they will work with me? and if not can i sell this property and pay the 1st and only morgage off and use the proceed to purchance other? i dont want to lose this home nor do i want to sell this home at this time..... Help what to do? Thank you
