failure to disclose easement- what can I do?

we purchased a home from a builder and recently found out about a drain easement that runs the full length of our property. We were planning on putting a pool in but have now been told we cannot put any perminent structure within 11 ft of our fence nor can we dig for sprinklers. What can we do? Thanks..........

Re: failure to disclose easement- what can I do?

You may have a claim depending upon whether the easement was disclosed. You may also have a claim against you own Title Insurance Co.
