failure to provide goodfaith estimate
if a loan officer fails to provide as well as get a sighed goodfaith estament and hike up all fees at the close of the loan do i have a law suit against her or her company.

It depends - maybe. You have not provided nearly enough information for anyone to adequately advise you. I suggest you take all of your documents to an attorney who can look at them and discuss this matter fully with you.
