Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

My father passed away and put me and my brother on the deed, my brother refuses to share the property in any way. What action should I take(this is California).

If you are on the deed and your brother refuses to allow you access to the property, you can sue for such access or to have the property sold and the proceeds disbursed to you and your brother.
