What to do over fighting over the house

Should I quit claim the home to her and take a small settlement and walk away? She lives there I don't. If the court orders the sale, does it matter if I then settle out of court? Court ordered sale could be coming in April? Should my lawyer appear or just do tele conf? Will it really make a difference? I'm trying to cut costs, so $1000 to appear is a lot. I can't afford to keep fighting for the property... I've been wanting to get my name (sole oblig.) off the loan but can't, so I just want to walk away now...

Can't respond to this without knowing a lot more. Your should discuss this and your concern about costs with your attorney who is familiar with the facts and the context. If you do not trust your lawyer and think he or she is milking the case for fees, find another lawyer and get a second opinion.
