if i file for a bankruptcy should the abstract of judgment of the property title under my spouse name will be clear? or should my wife and i file for bankruptcy together?

Your question doesn't make any sense. An abstract of judgment is the document that is issued by a court when there is a judgment in someone's favor, and is recorded with the county recorder. When recorded, it will attach to any property owned by the judgment debtor or any property the judgment debtor acquires in the future.

I don't see what this has to do with your wife, or bankruptcy. Are you talking about an abstract of judgment recorded against you, or one that you recorded against someone else? Some more relevant detail is needed.
