Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I filed a claim on my fiance of 7 years (we have separated) for a pink slip on a scooter. His lawyer said she would mail it our if I dismiss the case. I signed and now she is refusing to give me the pink slip. What can I do?

Do you have a settlement agreement? Did you ask the court to reserve jurisdiction pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6?

I suggest speaking a competent attorney immediately. By the way, a scooter is not "real property." The "real" means the same thing as "royal" not reality.
